This tart is specially made with 3 different kinds of cheeses. The cheese filling is light yet satisfying & not too overpowering. Both the crust & the filling melts in your mouth whenever you take one bite off this scrumptious tart.

This is definitely a tart that you must certainly try, one that is comparable with the other famous tarts found in town.

It is not provided in the buffet spread there but it can be bought at $3.80++ at Fern Tree Cafe. Each tart is around 9 centimeters in diameter and each of them is filled with cheesy goodness that will definitely be up to your expectations.
