Singapore Dance Delight Vol.04 
Singapore Dance Delight held its extraodinary finals at the Kallang Theatre yesterday on 13th April 2013, whereby 22 of the region's best dance face off to compete for the spot as the main champion.

The champion would walk away with a  four days, three nights' round-trip (air tickets and accomodations) to compete in Dance Delight Vol.20, which will be held on September 1, 2013 in Osaka, Japan.

A total of $44,000 worth of prizes will be awarded tothe top three winners of Singapore Dance Delight Vol.4.

Singapore Dance Delight Vol.4 is proudly presented by F&N Drinks and produced by O School and I'm honored to be invited to this awesome and special dance event that really left my jaw dropping with the amazing talents that the young dancers showcased.

 Judging the behind the panel are experience and well-known dance celebrities, Loose Joint, Ryan Tan, Tony Tzar, Madoka and creator of Japan Dance Delight and the leader of the legendary break dance team "Angel Dust Breakers". Mitsuhiro Harada a.k.a Machine. Jamel Brown, aka Loose Joint, is a hip-hop dancer from New York who has amassed 30 years of experience in the dance scene. He co-founded the Elite Force Crew who has worked with numerous artistes such as Mariah Carey, Will smith and TLC.

Singapore's very own judge on the panel is Ryan Tan that is known by the Emcee, Sheikh Haikel (Emcee for Singapore Delight Volume 04) as the guy that appears every year in "Hot Pants" that are so short that seriously makes him hot and sexy.

 I like their uniqueness and creativity in their dances personally as I felt it was special and uncommon. Something that the entire crowd enjoyed as they were laughing and applauding to something that we had never seen before.

I was hoping that they could win however they didn't manage to win anything however I felt they did a great job as dancing is about enjoying the music while dancing to the beat whenever each step is taken with its true meaning that dwells within the song that is expressed with each and every of your movements, actions as well as your facial expression.

 I felt they did a good job in meeting those factors especially with their unique qualities in making it like a two in one, comedic and expressionful dance.

My Friend Was Dancing in the Group!
He is none other than Remus Tay Hanlin, who bravely fought the stage with his dance mates in trying to fight a place in being the winner for the Singapore Dance Delight Vol.04.

 Even though sadly, they didn't manage to win anything, they were a group of excited, thrilling and sporty dancers that went up the stage with style, in their "Magician-looking hats."

They did their best and it was my first time seeing my friend dance on the stage and it was kind of interesting and I was shock that he was actually such a good dancer.

2013 marks the fourth year of Singapore Dance Delight.
Presented by F&N Sparkling Drinks & Produced by O School

Dance Delight Vol. 20 is the 20th installment of the international street dance competition created by Mitsuhiro Harada a.k.aMachine. Since 1994, the slickets and most dynamic street dancers from all over the world have been bringing their best moves to compete with oter dances in Osaka.

The amazing event draws a large group of audiences that sums up to more than 10,000 each year.

Winning the competition is considered an exemplary mark of glory for any street dancer.

The previous competition was participated by countries such as France, United States, Taiwan, China & South Korea.

 Overall Personal Feelings of this Dance Event
Basically, this event is an interesting platform for talented dancers or people who have always aspired to be dancers to showcase their talents and skills on the dance floor on stage.

This does not only boost the confidence of fellow dancers and people but also boost the teamwork, friendship, bonds and skills during this entire process of intense training during the coordinating of dance moves for the performance.

Everyone can be a dancer as long as you have the will to try as we are always exposed to youthful pop songs. The fact that everyone can be a dancer lies with the determination on how far you are willing to go to believe and fulfill your dreams despite many setbacks of failures.

Music is the dancer's source of its inspiration as the beat as well the meaning of the song gives every dancer creative ideas in creating the best coordinated dance move ever.

Each and every group has its unique dance steps that make them who they are and even if the other groups did not walk away with any prizes, they did walk away with experience that makes them grow and become stronger as a team.

Failure is the root to all success as long as you are willing to make changes and stand right up again after a fall.
