An interesting combination that matches perfectly well together. I would definitely recommend trying out this as this is my first time having duck feet alongside a braised abalone dish. The duck feet is superbly tender.

I felt that the Yam Basket was a little bit too thick even though the thoughts of being generous is very thoughtful indeed. I would prefer it to be thinly made, as the rich flavours of the seafood's sauce will line the yam perfectly.
