Chilli Crab Mac & Cheese
This mac & cheese ready-to-eat-pasta is a Western twist of a local all-time favorite dish known as "Chilli Crab". Savour macaroni pasta tossed in fragrant chilli tomato sauce and served with real crab claw meat, scallions and melted cheese.
Out of all the four flavors, this is definitely my favorite flavor. I would like to stress that it's slightly on the spicier side for those aren't able to take spices well like me. However, I still feel that you should try out this flavor as a little "spice" is definitely not going to hurt. This particular ready-to-eat-pasta is filled with the authentic flavors of "Chilli Crab" that makes this superbly worthwhile to eat and fill your stomach with when you're hungry or lazy to head out to buy something to eat.
Shoyu Shiitake Mushroom Pasta
Fresh shiitake mushrooms sautéed till fragrant and tossed with soy-butter sauce, topped with crunchy corn and sesame seeds. Mushroom lovers are definitely in for an exciting, umami-packed treat. The juicy mushrooms definitely complement the pasta well, giving it an overall yummy yet balanced taste. This mushrooms does not overpower the dish too much, as you're still able to taste the pasta along with some added sweetness from the corn.
