The Amount Of Crabs I've Eaten at Plaza Brasserie
All The Crabs Are My Favorite
Since I'm A Crab-Lover
Basically, all the crabs taste awesome and fresh but sometimes it depends on personal preference thus it is recommended that all of you readers head down to Plaza Brasserie to try the crabs and you'll know which one u prefer.

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary especially when we would only often savor the common crabs that are cooked with either the chilli or the black pepper, I would recommended the Nonya Crab and the Crab with Tang Gui.

The Nonya Crab is simply unique and special especially it's almost close to the curry taste but it has the traditional Nonya aromatic taste that makes it tasty and delicious.

The Crab with Tang Gui is more like a herbal crab that has a moderate herbal taste that is something special and not too overly cooked with spices especially when it brings out a different feel when you eat the crab with the awesomely brewed Tang Gui Soup. It is an simple dish that when eaten with the soup is more like you are savoring the crabs in a normal soup base rather than the sauces we usually taste.

But on the Overall I would prefer the Salted Egg Crab as its special with its unique salty taste that is accompanied by the yolk that makes it a superb and delectable dish. The taste is just simply indescribable.

The Prawns are simply amazingly cooked and it is easily peeled which means it is fresh and filled with delicious goodness. A bite just says it all, the crunchiness that make it more tasty.

New Year is the mark of a new start where we start afresh with a joyous and delectable prosperity offerings. We give and we receive during this auspicious festive celebration with the heart of giving and sharing the wealth by enclosing a small token of money that is wrapped in a red packet which is also known as "Hong Paos (紅包)/Ang Paos".

The tradition of giving "Ang Paos" symbolizes "Good Luck" which is known to ward off evil spirts. It also represents the meaning of protecting the elderly from sickness and death.

BUT, what's Lunar New Year without a proper reunion with your friends and family to bond as one and enjoy the company after a long year of work and studies. Knowing so, where and how do we celebrate this awesome new year at?

How can we miss out on the New Year Delicacies?

One of the must not miss delicacy during new year is none other than the Yu Sheng, Prosperity Toss, also known as "Lo Hei" in cantonese. The purpose of the toss symbolizes abundance, prosperity and vigor. The act of placing more ingredients determines the amount of abundance due to their believes in the fact that the more fish according to the chinese term "年年有余" signifies an abundance throughout the entire year.

New Year greetings would be mentioned by everyone around the table with every single toss to bless them each and everyone with wealth, luck, abundance as well as a good prospective career.

What is so special about this buffet?
Chef Jackson's very own new creation
"Fruity Yu Sheng"

Which contains fresh tropical fruits like Mandarin Oranges, Peaches, Rose Apples, Rock Melon, Dried Persimmons, Green Mango and Papaya which is topped by a further taste enhancement by the addition of the Chef's Special Fruit Flavoured sourced.

Not Forgetting @ Chef's Live Station

Simply amazing despite having this for my 2nd time!
