2. From My Experience, There Is A Specific Update Pack For Windows 10 That Needs To Be Downloded Before Your Computer Can Be Upgraded.

3. If certain upgrades cannot be installed or you are stuck in a update loop, navigate to "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" (Change the Letter "C" to the given Alphabet for the Main Local Hard Drive) and delete all the files within theDownload Folder.
4. This should give you something like a Clean Statewith Windows Update.
