I am glad that such an amazing platform exists as it has really streamlined the process for ordering food via a caterer. I have been relying on Foodline.sg for my events and birthday parties (23rd Birthday and 25th Birthday celebration) and was really happy with the food quality and service. With the ability to read through authentic customer's reviews and caterer's rating before making a decision on which caterer to pick, you'll be able to easily choose the right caterer to do the job for you. I believe that Foodline.sg will do thorough checks and sweeps on poorly rated caterers to ensure that the choices available online is reliable and good.

The authenticity of the reviews are what I value as a customer and I recommend that you scrutinize all the reviews before ordering. These reviews will clearly show the caterer's abilities as well as the quality of food that they are providing.  This will enable you to choose the correct caterer for your event by avoiding the "badly rated" caterers, which I believe will definitely be removed from the website if bad reviews persist. This is to ensure the best customer satisfaction experience will be provided to you at least.

If you are still a little wary of the reviews, I would like to clear your doubts on that. I can assure you that the reviews are definitely legit as you will require to order something from the caterer and you can only leave a review once you've completed your order. There are numerous layers of security in place by Foodline.sg to ensure that you do not leave fake reviews. The requirement of signing in to Facebook along with a copy of your invoice with a photo review before you can leave a review so that you can earn Foodline Rewards makes the review reliable and authentic. If the food is bad, I believe that consumers will express their disappointment in their remarks.

I employed the same method of thoroughly analyzing all the caterers available with those that recommended by Foodline.sg's bestseller section as well as those given by the customer service representative (via e-mail) to make my decision. You may also proceed to contact them via +65 6100 0029 (4 lines) {Mon - Fri: 9.30am to 6pm}. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by the customer service representative on my previous orders. They have never failed to help me to find the perfect caterer for my event. My friends have also recently ordered from them recently and they were also pleased with the service. The downside is that most caterers provide free delivery after a specific amount of order has been satisfied which is clearly understandable but if possible, I would recommend self-collection if you drive. What I love about the service is that if you have any dietary requirements that needed to be stated, you may leave a remark or sound off to the relevant caterers when they contact you to confirm your order. How many FL Points can be used per order? You can use your FL Points to claim up to 10% of the order amount, capped at $100.

If I just ordered 1 order but is pending merchant to accept the order, can I use the FL Points for the 2nd order? As the first order may have yet to be accepted, you cannot use FL Points for the 2nd order. 

When do I receive FL Points? Usually, within 30 days after your order has been completed, you will receive your FL Points. After you have submitted your order, you will be informed of FL Points which you can expect to receive when your order is completed.
