sudio Niva is sudio's first completely wireless earphones that features a battery life of 3.5 hours. It comes with a sleek, portable and light charging/storage case, enabling users to charge their pair of earphones up to ~4 times continuously.
The Nivå simply has to be placed in the charging case to charge whenever it's not in use. This will sum up to a total of 17+ hours of battery life on the go. The sudio Niva also features Bluetooth 4.2, which enables the Niva to stay connected within 10m of the source. This pair of stylish earphones are not only fashionable and matches really well with any outfit, but it also provides you with crystal clear, crisp sound, with a bass that packs quite a punch. The Niva immerses you in an unforgettable music experience with its 6, 2mm drivers that pairs perfectly well with the earbud's ability to repel external noise. No doubt this pair of earphones out beats its predecessor in terms of the quality, power, and bass. sudio has evolved to a stage that takes into account of its customer's needs and interest. The bass now packs a punch as compared to the first generation sudio Vasa Blå that I had used previously. I am not a personal fan of having a wire between both earbuds as it becomes a hindrance when we're moving. An inappropriate length or movement will cause the earbuds to dislodge from our ears. This causes the need to periodically wear back those earbuds. This is why I am quite happy to get my hands on this pair of sudio Niva earphones that sudio recently launched early this year. It's definitely a smart step to take to cater to the masses, as not many people will want a wire connected to their wireless earphones. The purpose of this design in the past years was to cater to people's insecurity. Consumers will tend to buy these set of earphones at the initial ears as they have felt more assured that they will have a lower tendency of losing either earbud when they are out. However, as the societal shift towards being more practical and care-free, they would rather have something less cumbersome. Therefore, even though there are still people who favor the older design, I believe this new range of sudio earphones will path a better future for sudio's branding.
In terms of the material of construction, I feel that sudio has outdone itself by making a lightweight and magnetic earbuds that fits tightly to the portable casing when placed inside. However, one set-back is that I feel that the portable casing could have been sturdier. No doubt the magnetic attraction will prevent the earbuds from dropping, I feel that the cover is a little flimsy and may not be able to withstand an accidental drop from an elevated high. This may be the least of your concerns if you're a very meticulous person.
Other than that, I feel that this pair of earbuds packs a punch and it would be something that I would take out with me to travel on my trips as I would not have to worry about losing them when they are securely placed inside a light-weight portable casing that provides enough juice for it to last almost 3/4 of a day at least.

My Verdict
TheJabra Elite Sport is not only specially made to cater to all of our needs, but it is also an amazing pair of portable wireless earphones that enables us to enjoy our favourite music tunes while we're exercising, be it in the gym, out in the open, or even at home, we no longer need to worry that the wireless earphones will be damaged by exercising with.
A normal earphone without being IP67 water-resistant certified might be susceptible to sweat, especially when we're working all for a long period of time. There is a higher likelihood of our sweat seeping into the device, which might cause the device to be rendered spoilt within a few usage, or if lucky, after a few months of using it.
I have tried out Jabra's earlier sports models, the Jabra Sport, which I didn't like using, as I personally felt that the wire connecting the left and right earphones together was quite annoying. My honest opinion on the Jabra Sport was that it was really fragile and the battery cover was flimsy. My friends who had similar earphones, had them replace a couple of times previously within the same warranty period. To me, It wasn't that fantastic initially and that the earphones always slipped out during exertion, especially when running, as the cables will tend to be pulled to one side when running.

I felt that they have really done well in this area, and has risen to be one of the most reliable and trustworthy brands that most of us would look out for.
Based on personal experience, I would definitely recommend a more comfortable pair of streamlined earphones, like the Jabra Elite Sport. They came up with an amazing invention, known as the HearThrough feature, which utilizes the inbuilt microphones to enable you to pay attention to your surroundings and engage in conversation without needing to remove the earbuds.

From the observed feedbacks, I've seen online, along with my own personal hands-on experience on the device, the external microphone is great but it can pick up a lot of ambient noise, which sometimes makes it hard for us to hear what a person is saying. However, weighing out safety vs difficulty chatting, I would definitely go with the former, as it's better to be safe than sorry, so it's definitely a great feature to have.
